Paul Worsham is Chairman of the Board of San Luis Obispo Veteran’s Services Collaborative. This non-profit organization brings together more than 150 separate government and non-government organizations to coordinate their service programs and assist in their cooperation to better serve the veterans in our county and surrounding communities.
Paul is Vice President of Central Coast Veterans Helping Veterans, the non-profit that provides volunteer Mentors to support the San Luis Obispo Veterans Treatment Court. Paul also serves as the veteran representative to the San Luis Obispo Homeless Oversight Council, the San Luis Obispo Suicide Prevention Council and is active on the Advisory Board for the San Luis Obispo Veteran’s Center.
Paul’s military experience was a non-commissioned officer in the United States Air Force, including two deployments to Vietnam in 1965 and 1966, serving in radio operations for the 1st Air Rescue and Recovery Group and forward air control assigned to the First Infantry Division.
Paul’s business experience was a marketing executive in the Consumer Electronics industry, working with Motorola, Sony, Panasonic, Canon and many other C.E. manufacturers. After more than 40 years living and working in Southern California, he retired and moved to San Luis Obispo County in 2013, where he now lives in Arroyo Grande his wife of 50 years, Paula.
